Just a "little" warning about the so called anti-spyware progs that in most cases are themselves spyware. Have a look at:

Is there any tool, which doesn't require installation?

I have used Lavasoft Adaware fo a while, but right now their site is down.
Then I've switched to SpyBot.
It's free, and I think it is good.
