Couldn't find that price on your website. Do you mean that for that price I can get a domain name and delegate name servers for it?

And what you mean by saying dynamic DNS? Kind of changing ip entry for the domain name through a program run on every dialup connect?

Thats for API, meaning if you are a Domain Registration Brokerage company. Individuals may register a name for $5.95, but it has no functionality, just a "name". In fact you may get the domain name free from some hosting companies, but it would not be yours even if it says in your records from a hosting company provided.
