Напомним, что в модельном ряду Minolta уже был фотоаппарат с названием A2, выпущенный в 1955 году. Цифровая камера DiMAGE A2 куда более похожа на свою "старшую сестру" DiMAGE A1, нежели на своего "дедушку".  Спецификации DiMAGE A2:
