PRICES OF ONE SQUARE METER OF HOUSING AREA IN YEREVAN IN 9 MONTHS OF 2004 GREW BY 32.9% COMPARED TO THE SAME PERIOD OF 2003

YEREVAN, November 8. /ARKA/. Prices of one square meter of housing area in Yerevan in 9 months of 2004 grew by 32.9% compared to the same period of 2003. According to the report of RA State Cadaster Managing Real Estate, average market price of 1 square meter of housing area in Yerevan in report period made $221.5 as against $166.7 in Jan-Sep 2003. At this, the highest prices remained in the center of the capital, where the price made $350-970 and the lowest prices in Nubarashen community - $65-120.
