After discussing this issue with our technical director I'm sorry to
inform that we can't allow you to run nph-proxy or any other kind of
proxying program which generates traffic FROM out of Armenia sites TO
FreeNet and other ISP users.

And this is not a matter of bandwidth/traffic. This is a matter of
policy.

Please remove the proxy before May 23, 1AM. I'll be forced to suspend
your account if you don't.

I think it would be reasonable to re-consider your policy and
contracts, if there is a customer who willing to pay more money for
your services - hosting contract is not a Bible and in this
particular case it is the subject to revision. Thanks for appreciation
of our efforts to connect Freenet dial-up users with ArmKB Forums, and
I expect some kind of support from you, especially if that support
could be sponsored by the third party. I would ask you to make exception to the rule.

Будем искать другие варианты, предварительно запомнив имена тех кто помогал в этом деле и кто не захотел этого.

while speaking about Internet in general it's funny to hear (from Provider) words like

As far as forum is a place for _conversation_ "advanced" internet-users know that traffic comes in BOTH ways: in & out.

Funny ISP, funny "policy", heh...

Two more questions (which will hang "in the air", I suppose) anyway:
1. why that Provider cares about Freenet INCOMING traffic? Does it care sponsorship or smth. ?
2. thus: do that Provider vouch (based on it's policy and nothing else, of course) that it gave no access (citing: ""...traffic FROM out of Armenia sites TO FreeNet and other ISP users. "") to any other site?
