Все что вы хотели бы увидеть на форуме, хотели бы поменять, улучшить и создать. Естественно, я не могу обещать реализовать все что вы тут напишите, но хотя бы буду знать что вам нужно и постараюсь осуществить.

Why are my posts flagged as spam when I try to submit a topic/reply and then get displayed hours after I post the reply?

If you would see the amount of spam coming to forum you would understand. The reason you don't see spam is current spam filter + moderator work(thanks to everyone who's helping). Spam filter will mark as spam every post from user that has less than 100 posts and contains any link. So just avoid using any kind of links, pictures and you will be fine.

everything is fine with settings. there are also some keywords in english that may trigger spam filter to drop the message.

Hi Acid!

First of all I would like to state that I perfectly understand the existence of a rule preventing the "add reputation" to someone without spreading some to others.

But partly because of my low participation in the forum during the last times, and also because people who used to be active in the English section at a certain stage stopped going or at least posting there, I find myself with a very small number of members I can contemplate with my appreciation of their posts.

In other words at this moment I'm unable to add reputation to the posters whose posts I like (you know me, no matter if I agree or not).

Is there a way to bypass this situation? You know that I can't read Russian nor Armenian. And Babelfish translations from Russian to English are not trustworthy.

I'll appreciate your comments (and action if possible) about this!

I fully agree, I tried to give reputation for one photo posted, then it says "you must spread some reputation around before giving it again to..." (and I don't even remember when I did it, because it was a while ago), then I "spread" (absolutely randomly, having no choice) some reputation around, and when I try to get back to the original post I wanted to "rep", it gives "to much reputation spread in last 24 hours". Though I understand why it's done like that, it's pissing me off sometimes.

you take the situation with that "repuation" knob too seriously

in general, people in this forum spread reputation not to express their appraisal but helping each other gain virtual "influence units"

that's all, however, I don't think there is a good alternative except making all the process transparent

and that will not happen ever

I've noticed it and even know that there are some kind of "lobbies" for being sure that the points go to the "right" place. Unfortunately as far as I know at least one good (in my opinion) armenian member of this forum left forever as he couldn't stand these behaviours.

Anyway I've already asked Acid to let drop my request. So I'll find my own way to grant reputation (never "influence units")!
