How to open Paypal account
With my Visa card issued by local bank.
Unfortunately our country is not listed as eligible one for account.

i have one but can't withdraw money since i have entered false info and have no credit card. can anything be done in my case?

Написал. Но не думаю что они клюнут. У них на это дело strict policy.

ЕЕ. там же ясно написано что обслуживают except CIS contries.
У меня US issued credit card, и все равно так как биллинг аддресс сейчас армянский - не открывают.
