23 | Если та программа, которая использует армянский язык, написана грамотно, по всем законам "Programming for Windows", то для ее нормальной работы не нужно ничего. Ну, может еще и добавление армянского через "Input Locales", control panel. Честно говоря я не занимался "ковырянием" в настройках Виндов года 2-3 - работу сменил - так что словам моим доверяйте, используя известный принцип - "... но проверяйте (-сь)"
