357 | Легенда о Банке Говорят есть один банк в Армении, который выдает людям карточки Visa, и что самое удивительное, они утверждают, что этой карточкой можно спокойно делать покупки в интернете(естественно вам домой не будут доставлять товар например из США, речь идет о "виртуальных" покупках, таких как хостинг, софт итд.). И решил я рискнуть, но в инете еще не пробовал. Как только, так сразу. Если у вас, дорогие товарищи, есть опыт с этой легендой, поделитесь с нами, плиз.  |

10 | Positive experience since 1996, first with AlphaBank's visa electron distributed by Armagrobank if I'm not mistaken, and ImpexBank's Visa Classic since 1998 by AreximBank. The latter worked virtually in 95% of cases, with no problem except overall dumbness of AreximBank's amateur staff. Sometimes they delay the deposit, sometime they deposit in the wrong account of your's (you get 2 accounts when you get a card from them). As soon as you get your money deposited, you're free to do your online purchases. Even ATMs in Europe accept the card OK. Personally used the card for purchases at various stores, ebay.com, hosting services etc. No, you can't register with paypal with this card, because they're unaware of a country named Armenia. 357 | ACBA The bank I was talking about is ACBA and I have to admit that transaction I made today over the internet went successfully. Card was charged without any problem. It cost $35 annual fee and $50 minimal balance. |
