432 |  So Much for Good Management ... One of the major problems facing companies and businesses in Armenia is the managerial style and its approach to employees. Many argue that this often leads to low productivity and inefficiency as well as lack of motivation on the part of the employees. This problem has had its origins, causes and continues to have effects on individuals, society and the economy. The poll in this topic is just to help us figure out an eventual plan of action with expected results if anyone else besides me is concerned with this too ...
