To speak about rights, we should specify the applicable rules and laws. By international laws - definitely, not. By jungle laws - yes, of course, as the most powerful country in the world (for now).

The problem is that nowadays it is mostly jungle laws that function in the world....

As you said, its really a problem. And the most worest that no state in UN has the power to say no even if they have a right of VITO (if the spelling is right). He didn't see the cartoon (by the way, what means "ne govori, chto sil`niy - naydetsya sil`nee tebya... "?), and he knows nothing about history. Since the 40's none of the american military interventions led to a democratic regimen so far. Worst than that is the support (sometimes hidden, otherwise in an unashamed way) to criminals like Pinochet and Vileda, granted by

Please don't get confused: I've some close USA friends, and have nothing against USA people. But must conclude they have an awfull bad luck when choosing their leaders: instead of facing and fighting the internal crisis within their own borders, they tend to diversion manoeuvres, pointing the finger to some other country; if they fail, no problem, they will find another one. If they don't fail, they choose a remotely controlled puppet to replace the former leader, and will sleep better afterwards, at least for some time. Because the weapons industry got off the crisis, more employment, less people to feed (the dead heroes), etc...

USA citizens, please don't get fooled by expressions like "We are the biggest and most powerful nation in the world!" Just think that no size nor power justifies the death of a sole human being, whether he(she) lives under the same or different standards!
