«ISO Consulting» LTD is a Armenian-French company which provides consulting,
supporting, assistance and training services to the Armenian companies in
implementation of International Quality Standards.

«ISO Consulting» LTD is currently seeking qualified candidates to enhance
its commercial team. Full time position is available for Commercial Manager
and Translator/Interpreter.

1. Commercial Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

1.. Elaboration and implementation of the company development policy and
marketing strategy
2.. Organization of the advertising and promotional program;
3.. Marketing research and evaluations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To provide leadership to the Marketing Department to ensure
successful operation of the department in compliance with all ISO Consulting
policies and procedures;
2. To implement communication and strategy designed to raise a
profile of company activity;
3. In insure grow of the number of clients;
4. To provide quality relations to the sponsors;
5. Develop a strategy and quarter operating plan for Marketing
Department;
6. Provide the following marketing materials: Monthly Reports of
Department; Company works Annual Review; Booklets in Armenia, Russian and
English; Christmas and New Year Cards; Presentations and other marketing
recourses;
7. Develop and maintain good relationships with donors;
8. Identify new raising opportunities within and outside of the
Armenia;
9. Follow to work instructions standards and outputs for all
Marketing Department related works as well as the requirements of the
Company procedures;
10. Ensure that Marketing Department is prepared for Internal Audits;
11. To assure the confidentiality of the Company information, as well as
the information received form the Clients.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1.. University degree preferably in the field of Marketing, Economics or
Business Administration;
2.. At least three years working experience in development field,
marketing, public relations or other positions;
3.. Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Armenia and Russian
(French is preferable);
4.. Experience in working with international organizations;
5.. Excellent operational computer skills in MS Windows XP, MS office:
Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project, VISIO, Outlook.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:

1.. Must be self-motivated, innovative;
2.. Able to work under pressure;
3.. To be able define the priorities and schedule tasks;
4.. Ability and willingness to work long hours and travel within Armenia;
5.. Proven ability to manage lead the Marketing Department current works;
6.. Must be good team player, energetic, creative and strategic thinker.

2. Translator/Interpreter.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To provide quality and in time translation and interpretation
to/from English, Russian and Armenian

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Extensive translations of commercial, technical and juridical
documents of the Company;
2. To interpret at meetings, trainings and seminars;
3. Log and file documents in an organized manner;
4. Work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
5. Coordinate works with other staff of the Company;
6. Strongly follow up the policy, procedures and work instruction of
the company.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. University degree in languages;
2. At least three years working experience as a
translator/interpreter;
3. Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Armenia and
Russian (French is preferable);
4. Experience in working with international organizations;
5. Excellent operational computer skills in MS Windows XP, MS office:
Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project, VISIO, Outlook.
