Qualified candidates are sought to help us build an engineer team to support our
TestChip technological services. The positions will be based in Yerevan, and will work in cooperation with our international teams in USA.

Position: TestChip Library Engineer.

Main Responsibilities include: a) manual creation of test structure layout using an IC layout design tool; b) general service project execution. Includes generation and verification of layout, documentation, and test file information; c) creation and maintenance of Test Chip Wizard™ (TCW) library content. Includes layout macros, documentation, use guides and test and analysis procedures; and d) testing and development of the TCW application and associated software tools.

Job Requirements: (Education/Experience and Required Skills)
• Engineering or technical degree with an understanding of semiconductor device physics and state of the art IC process integration.
• Minimum 1 year experience with physical design layout and verification of Integrated Circuits. Cadence Virtuoso/Opus or Mentor Graphics ICStation custom layout skills are desired.
• Experience with physical verification tools (Calibre/Hercules/Dracula).
• Familiarity with Unix, MS Windows. Familiarity with Excel, MSWord, Powerpoint, Visio preferred.
• Ability to write scripts (Ample, Scheme, Skill, Perl/tcl).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and have the ability to work with local and remote teams
• Thorough understanding of testchip development tools and services: Specification, Layout, Documentation, Verification, Test and Analysis, and project management.
