About Us:
Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) is an Armenian business development
incubator supporting local technology companies. Our mission is to stimulate
economic growth of Armenia by assisting the local Information and High
Technology enterprises in business and skills development areas and to
foster entrepreneurial activity and start-up formation in the country.

Job Title: Start-Up Manager

Join the Team:
EIF starts Investment Promotion and Start-Up Development Initiative that
aims at promoting the creation of new technology ventures. For the
realization of the initiative EIF intends to hire a motivated Start-Up
Manager that will provide a range of services to select IT start-up
companies in different aspects of their business development. The Start-Up
Manager will be responsible for all daily interactions between start-ups and
EIF. The Start-Up Manager will work closely with the EIF staff and will be
involved in the day-to-day operations of the start-ups.

Responsibilities:
· Liaising with start-up companies' management to update their
project schedules and provide assistance in operational planning and
execution of their business plan, including but not limited to:
- marketing plan realization
- sales strategy execution
- dealing with potential customers
- financial planning and controlling
- networking activities
· Ad hoc 'hands-on' advise on various project management issues to
align technology capability with business needs
· Review and develop project improvement processes ensuring the
smooth day-to day running of the project with preparation of monthly
progress reports and reviews
· Staff motivation and conducting functional implementation as well
as inducting and coaching members of the team as necessary.

Qualifications
· At least 3 years of experience in managing or being a key decision
maker at a technology enterprise, preferably a software development firm.
Entrepreneurial experience is highly valuable
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is
preferred
· Effective management, leadership and team interaction skills
including the ability to plan and organize work, to make formal and informal
presentations, and to communicate effectively at multiple levels
· Must be self-directed and have a track record of meeting project
deadlines
· Excellent spoken and written Armenian and English
