Default Financial Manager - AEPLAC

Armenian European Policy and Legal Advise Centre
announces a vacancy for the Financial Manager's position

The AEPLAC Financial Manager's duties will include:

Responsibility for AEPLAC accounting
Data entry and maintenance of the general accounting files
Monthly Financial Reports preparation and submission to the Management.
Tracking data for accrued and used sick leaves and paid annual leaves
Cash payments; salary calculation and payment; bank reconciliation
Any other duties as outlined in the AEPLAC in-House rules.


The candidate should have the following background:

a. University decree in accounting or related fields;
b. Minimum 5 years of work experience from international organizations;
c. Experience and skills with budget preparation and analysis,
preparation of financial reports;
d. Strong accounting skills and experience, including management of the
general ledger, journal entries, payroll, payables and balance sheet;


The candidate should also satisfy the following requirements:

Strong analytical, written/oral communication skills, computer skills;
Ability to work as part of a team.
Effective verbal and written communication in Armenian, Russian and English
