Administrative Assistant - Children of Armenia Fund

Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is announcing a vacancy for the position of an Administrative Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities

·Answering telephone calls

·Performing copying, faxing of documents upon request

·Typing and translating office correspondence and assisting staff with preparation of documents and materials

·Scheduling meetings

·Receiving, registering and filing of incoming and outgoing correspondence

·Ensuring that the phones are answered and messages are taken during regular business hours.

·Processing contact information on partner organization in efficient and fast manner.

·Performing other duties as required by COAF Executive Director

Skills, Characteristics and Experience Required:

Relevant work experience, preferred with International organizations, good interpersonal skills; good knowledge of MS Office programs, good knowledge of English and Armenian languages.
