JOB ANNOUNCEMENT



Armenian Technology Group Foundation (ATGF) is a public organization formed in 2000 aimed to assist the Armenian people to become self-sufficient in food production. Particularly, ATGF is engaged in seed multiplication and seed production programs.



Armenian Technology Group Foundation announces a job opening for the position of Office Manager.



Responsibilities:



- Monitoring news media and alerting the director on relating to ATGF topics;

- Translating and interpreting to English and Armenian;

- Producing letters and reports;

- Maintaining inventory of the office supplies;

- Maintaining ATGF filing;

- Develop and establish administrative systems and ensure consistency in office administration;

- Supervise and co-ordinate exchange of information and ensure widest contacts within and outside the office;

- Preparing contracts, agreements;

- Scheduling appointments;

- Assist with answering phone, taking and circulating messages;

- Faxing, copying, receiving and dispatching mail, filing office documentation and correspondence;

- Preparing agenda and necessary materials for the meetings;

- Keeping the records of the incoming correspondence;

- Perform other related duties as needed.



Requirements:



- University Degree (MBA degree preferable);

- Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian;

- Computer literate in word processing and database management;

- Excellent reporting, organizational and administrative skills;

- Good interpersonal skills;

- Related work experience.
