TITLE: Program Assistant, Municipal Development Project Management Unit
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- follows the process of implementation of tasks assigned by the director to the staff, provides the completion of tasks in time

- provides necessary information and materials concerning the meetings, seminars and other discussions to the director

- organizes discussions and follows the process of implementation of issues and tasks arisen during these discussions

- controls the activities related to the preparation of reports and other documents submitted to the WB, RA Ministries

- maintains daily recording of tasks and controls the process of their implementation

- performs other tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education (preferably financial specialist, lawyer or economist);
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Fluent in English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
- Excellent communication skills.
