A contractor required heading all the activities in the radio and transmission planning department (site roll-out, radio and transmission network optimisation, capacity planning, etc). You will directly report to CTO to organise the department and staffing requirements the client needs. You must have BSC dimensioning basic knowledge with Siemens vendor experience and speak Russian or Armenian as well as English with aircom planning tools.
