10 | looking for Chief Technical Officer --------- BRONCOWAY TITLE: Chief Technical Officer (CTO) TERM: contractual START DATE/ TIME: Immediately DURATION: Permanent LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia JOB DESCRIPTION: BRONCOWAY is looking for highly experienced Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for managing the technical team and implementation of the software development of the Company’s outsourcing projects for its customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. The CTO is responsible for the following aspects of software development activities: • strategy elaboration for the company’s development projects • planning of technical team’s activities, • Production management : Requirements Development, Design, Development, Testing, Documentation Preparation, Deployment, Product Bundling, Maintenance, Users Education, Consulting • Human Resource Management of the development team • Quality Assurance Strategy Development • Technical Support Department Management 2. The CTO will recruit developers with appropriate qualifications and the development teams for the company’s outsourcing projects. 3. The CTO will manage the development projects and implement systems design and specification building for them. 4. The CTO will manage, supervise and direct the teams’ operations so that the development is done at an appropriate quality level and within the timeframes specified in each development contract. 5. The CTO will act as a liaison between the technical team and the Company and ensure that the development is implemented according to the schedule and specifications agreed on. 6. The CTO will be responsible for the technical part of the communication between the Company and the Customers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Have a technical team that he manages • Be connected with a large network of developers • Excellent command of English • 4+ year managerial and developer experience • Ability to meet deadlines • Be a team player, quality-minded, hard worker and capable of excellent communication with other (remote) team members. • Be creative and come up with new solutions and ideas.
