Default Internship Opportunirty


The Institute for War and Peace Reporting Armenia Branch offers Office Administrator Internship to all qualified candidates. Duration of Internship is two month and it is non-paid, however, upon successful completion of the internship IWPR will provide interns with a certificate of appreciation and reference letter upon request. Best candidate will be offered position at IWPR Armenia Branch. Start time is August 1, 2006.

The internship program serves to:
· Provide practical work experience to balance the students' theoretical training
· To meet and learn from professionals in the field and develop a network of contacts
· Reinforce and strengthen the interns’ personal values and career objectives through an improved understanding of themselves and the work environment

Administrative Internship
The Institute for War and Peace Reporting Armenia Branch Administrative Internship provides interns with experience in the areas of public relations, secretarial support, translation and interpretation. Interns will be responsible for greeting visitors, responding to walk in and telephone inquiries about IWPR and its programs, responsible for monthly financial and activity reports, directing office communications to appropriate staff, editing of written text, assisting with daily administrative tasks such as written translation, oral interpretation, filing, copying, faxing, drafting correspondence and other duties as needed.

Required qualifications
· University degree
· Proficiency in English, Russian and Armenian languages
· Computer skills
· Work experience is not requirement

AIESEC Armenia is looking for young people with strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, accountability, drive to meet deadlines and targets, organizational skills, willing to get a professional internship at Reuters Company in Poland.

JOB TITLE: Economic data provider.

TERM: Full-time.

STARTING DATE: Mid July, 2006.

DURATION: 12 months.

LOCATION: Gdansk, Poland.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The intern will provide the company with economic and financial data.

- Process data and apply in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge to add value;
- Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness;
- Liaise with Reuters Data customers and third party data suppliers;
- Use language skills to build relationships with overseas market contacts.

- Basic economics and finance knowledge;
- Fluency in English and native in Armenian;
- Internet & PC Users skills;
- Windows Operating Systems;
- Client Servicing Skills;
- Financial Management skills.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: US $ 500 on monthly basis.

Enrolment Fee, Travel Expenses, Accommodation

Enrolment fee
Enrolment fee for the project is 65 000 AMD, which is paid to AIESEC in Armenia, while signing the Terms and Conditions.

Travel Expenses
You should care of your travel expenses yourself and visa payments. AIESEC Armenia will support in getting the visa.
