Windows programming (Win32, MFC)
VoIP (SIP, SDP, H.323, etc.) (optional)

Other skills
Fast learner. Ability to ramp-up quickly on new technology or new project. Strong problem solver. Ability to find solutions, research, don’t get stop on problems. Ability to work in a distributed team. The project leader will be here in Ottawa, the developers will have daily communication with the lead in Ottawa (mostly e-mail and IM, probably a few calls from time to time)

The “other skills” are more important for us than the “technical skills”.

я поинтересовался о зарплате, она зависит от результата интервью, но минимальную планку не назвали.
