TITLE: SAP Business Analyst

TERM: Full time

LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:”Broncoway” LLC is actively looking for SAP Business Analysts
for complex and long-term projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide analytical support and own resolution of operational SAP issues
- Ensure the SAP implementation is a continued success across the organization.
- Interview business users, collect business needs related data;
- Perform detailed analysis during the RFP and contract negotiation processes.
- Manage project implementation plans to successful completion and resolve post implementation issues.
- Develop relationships with operating personnel and utilize those resources when establishing Procurement Objectives.
- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance;
-Analyze and document functional and system technical requirements and
create specifications;
-Perform SAP Systems support
- Provide functional support for SAP – CO (Controlling)
-Proactively monitor data quality within SAP
- Support all Computer System Validation processes
- Document business solutions and work instructions
-Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during development and quality assurance testing


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education (technical or/and economical);
- Fluent knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Good analytical problem solving skills, strategic thinker, self-starter, attention to detail.
-Advanced SAP configuration experience in Finance (FI). - Experience with support / configuration of SAP Finance (CO) module
- Experience in a leading Procurement Organization
- Experience in analyzing contracts and RFPs
- Experience with support / configuration of other SAP modules a plus
- Participated through full lifecycle of a significant SAP implementation
- Ability to prepare project documentation (proposals, business requirements, etc.);
- Good Business Requirements skills
- Good Project Management skills
- Knowledge of Programming environments
- Microsoft Project
- CRM Software and Technology
-Other programming background, especially in optimizing and automation
-Understand integration across business and systems
