Job TITLE: Web Site Moderator - Volunteer

JOB DESCRIPTION: Career Center announces volunteering opportunities
for the position of Web Site Moderator.

For each country there will be one Moderator. Under the overall
supervision of the Career Center Director, Web Site Moderators will
actively develop contacts with respective organizations and moderate the
web site contents of the designated country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Main responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain fruitful relationships with the respective
institutions and organizations of the designated country.
- Review received Ads/news and ensure timely authorization processing.
- Ensure the web site information is regularly revised and updated.
- Add/ modify website contents when required.
- Check for received inquiries/ questions and provide feedback in a
timely manner.
- Rise awareness among potentially interested parties.
- Provide assistance to website users.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in English and the language(s) of native country.
- Excellent computer skills, including website using experience.
- Good knowledge of Educational structure of the respective country,
including Educational institutions.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of HTML coding and using an HTML browser, as well as
experience working with databases is a plus.
- Good organizational skills, including ability to coordinate multiple
simultaneous tasks and adhere to project schedules.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including ability to
work productively with people of diverse backgrounds and with varying
technical skills

Для некоторыx фирм это большой плюс.
