The Contractor has the right to elect title to Subject Inventions of the Contractor in the New Independent States. The Laboratory has the right to elect title to Subject Inventions of the Contractor in the United States and third countries excluding the New Independent States.

Oznachaet li eto, chto copyright na izobretenie prinadlezhit Contractor-u (SNG) lish' na territorii SNG, a v Amerike i drugix stranax - sponsiruyushey organzacii (Laboratory)???

No idea? Tqum em paytikin... dali perevodit' kakoy-to yuridicheskiy dokument o prave na intellektual'nuyu sobstvennost', a u menya parshivaya privychka -poka sama ne razberus' chto k chemu, perevodit' ne mogu

Да, это и означает. Контрактор имеет право на свое изобретение на территории СНГ. Лаборатирия имеет право на изобретение контракора в США и в третьих странах за исключением СНГ.

не совсем. "title to" означает право называть вещь своею. title to property - означает право на собственность, т.е. право называть вещь своею ... ангельская юридическая терминология вообще очень архаичная.
