OK! Didn't find it at home but found elsewhere version 3.1.29.

Just go to Downloads (on top of page) and find it in "Software". I didn't test it but hopefully it will work...

You got me negative Mr. RedStone, I did want that else won't have bothered you, actually I had one big (more than 100mb) .mpeg format video, which i wanted to post on youtube, I thought it'd be nice to covert it in some light weight format, but then I came to know they do not allow more than 100 MB together so I wanted a software which could do both splitting and converting task together. This was the need which drew me to this forum, but I fail to find any. Hope you understand.
