& some hints in case: q 10 & 15 are multichoice.
in reverse auctions, the host of the auction is the buyer who puts up a request to purchase a particular item/service to the bidders, multiple sellers bid & the lowest bid wins.
sometimes is also called procurement auction.

otkrivaya word menyayet na design mode. to disable it, right click on menu bar and select Web Tools, on web toolbar the first button (triangle ruler) is design mode on/off, click it once. now should work, just close the toolbar.

Red Stone had probs sending the file, my mail was returning it telling invalid attachment. i thinks it;s koz i already have mails with the same attached filename. save ur answer adding some #s to the filename plz
