Extract archives in subfolders

Hi.
I'm looking for software to extract each archive archives in its subdirectory, starting from the given folder. I could do it manually, but it's impossible due to large amount of subfolders.

WinRAR won't do the trick. Also tried PowerArchiver, same.
Help.

Do you mean to create a subfolder per each file decompressed, from an archive with no subfolders defined?

For example an archive a.rar, containing a1.gif, a2.gif, a3.gif and a4.gif, with no paths defined, and you wish to decompress each gif to a diferent subfolder?

Or is its something diferent that I didn't see in your request?

Not really.
I mean I have this:

c:\arc\a\1.zip
c:\arc\b\2.zip
c:\arc\c\a.rar
c:\arc\c\a.ra0
...

I need 1.zip to be extracted into arc\a
2.zip into arc\b
a.rar with all parts into arc\c

I've found something yesterday called ExtractNow, but hope there will be better one.

Moreover. Now, once I've extracted somehow those files with ExtractNow, I need to pack them again - each folder's content should be packed into one zip file in its own folder.

ставишь unix tools и zip/unzip

через 15 минут копания в shelll script-e у тебя будет штучка, которая убиллигетса(ц) тоже запакует
