It sends user's data to and receives one from a device and records all transfers to a log. You can test equipment╥s serial communications protocol by hand: feed it input, check the output. You can write or use a script written by other developers to automate some specific tasks: CRC calculations, special transfer rules, outgoing data modifications and etc. COM Port Toolkit's scripting language is an enhanced, C-like programming language, including if, else, for, do and while constructs and the usage of user defined functions. It combines the power and flexibility of conventional programming languages with functions specifically developed for use with the COM Port Toolkit software. Some scripts you can find in an application's examples directory. COM Port Toolkit can capture serial communications between the device and the software by using special serial port driver. So COM Port Toolkit acts as a software protocol analyzer in this mode. COM Port Toolkit works on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000/XP operating systems. You can use this program for implementing, debuging or reverse-engineering serial protocol. The program can send and capture ASCII and HEX data. Split data option helps to format received data. You can change communications chanel's settings easily including setting of non-standard baudrate. You can write or use a script written by other developers to automate some specific tasks: CRC calculations, special transfer rules, outgoing data modifications and etc. Internal scripting language is an enhanced, C-like programming language, including if, else, for, do and while constructs and the usage of user defined functions. The program can capture serial communications between the device and the software by using special driver. So the program acts as a software protocol analyzer in this mode. 313 | Портмон аналогичен предыдущей проге. Он просто показывает траффик. Если прога сидит тихо, фиг его портмоном вычислишь. Мне нужно знать кто держит in use порты. Port Settings -> Advanced -> COM Port Number открывает и видим некоторые in use. А кем... нигде толком нету. |

10 | есть ещё Serial Monitor он и тестит и выдаёт инфу вобщем всё делает может он сгодиться, там можно вбивать любой ком порт для проверки http://www.topshareware.com/download...d%2fsermon.exe , хотя на пасивное приложение врятли но если порт зарезервирован то он должен сказать кем

19 | Дядь Суро, если найдешь что-то такое, дай и мне знать, плз. COM-порты вечны (на сегодняшний день). Сам, к сожалению, ничем тебя порадовать не могу. Даже если найдешь пример кода - тоже буду благодарен.
