а зачем - гораздо лучше работает системная кириллическая раскладка. нужна фонетическая - скажи, пришлю. пиши лучше сразу на мыло.
кстати, еще одно преимущество системной раскладки (для тех, кто ею не пользовался) - то, что она устанавливается для каждой программы своя - т. е. можно работать в одной программе на русском, переключиться на другую, в котором работал на английском, и раскладка вернется к английской автоматически.

Я например делал так...беру файл kbdru.dll из XP и редактирую ее, преврашая в фонетическую раскладку, затем в Safe Mode пихаю на место...

попробовал, но кнопки х,ч,ъ,ь,ю не совсем на тех местах что я привык(KDWIN-овская раскладка), так что если будет прога, которой можно будет это все редактировать будет очень хорошо.
А еще интересно можно ли сделать так ярмянский и послать все KDWIN-ы и winKey-и на свалку

там на сайте была ссылка на соответствующую прогу. короче, кидаю файл тебе на мыло. там подредактировнные dll-ки. с суггиксом '_my'.

один из наших ребят на досуге соорудил фонетическую армянскую раскладку, когда вернется из отпуска, могу попросить для тебя. но что-то такое уже обсуждалось здесь, покопайся, может и ссылка на готовую арм. раскладку будет

Ludi , u kovo est' Phonetical layout dlya Armyanskovo ?

V Win 2000 est support dlya Armyanskovo no on ne rabotaet.
