Navernoe nado upgrade-nut' BIOS [u menya eto nachalos' posle BIOS upgrade-a ], ili pokopatsya v BIOS SETUP-e...

попробуй перепрограммировать power button. из windows.

т.е. после того, как в том окне выберешь shut down, а не restart, все равно перезагрузка?

eta problema i ee reshenie opisani na http://www.3dnews.ru .. tam est WinXP FAQ.. v poslendey verii FAQ-a etot vopros ya videl.. no vlom bilo smotret' reshenie problemi - tak shto chitayte eto FAQ - tam ochen mnogo chego poleznogo est.
