ACDC consumes twice more RAM & hard disk space and is twice more "heavier" during work.

For image rotation it requires two keys (or even dealing with menu??) while Irfan Viewer requires only one (r, l, h, v).

For image viewing I need only CROP/RESIZE/make Grayscale, and Irfan Viewer is the best choice, IMHO.

АЦДЦ хорошо в версии 2 с лишним. А дальше он похож стал на фотошоп, типа не нужен нам фотошоп, мы работает в АЦДЦ. А это не хорошо.

Это естественный прогресс, не играющий на руку производителям продукта по-моему. Основная функция АЦДЦ - показывать фотки, а не редактировать их, резать, менять параметры многочисленные итд, итп. Единственный минус нынешнего ИрфанВью только то, что превью нету, типа открыть папку и за раз посмотреть какие файлы внутри, но все же сам предпочитаю именно Ирфан

Он легче и оптимальней.

Кому интерсно, могу скинуть седьмой АЦДЦ (с кряком). Тока весит он 17 с половиной тонн.

Раньше пользовался LView, пока он из вьюера не превратился в тяжелый большой графический редактор.

Сейчас - IrfanView использую. Очень доволен.

ACDsee - последняя версия тяжеловата. Отказался.

Под UNIX в основном использую XView.

А насчет Gimp - неплохая штучка. Огромное разнообразие форматов для импорта/экспорта (в частности - сугубо юниксовых). Но другие возможности не использую (все-таки Фотошоп рулез!).
