This e-mail sounds like a big bluff. Someone just wants to make fast money on
something that people dont know for sure. Windows XP has its own recovery
tools, and I dont think we need to purchase any other software to remove "bad
effects?" of SP2.

Besides, SP2 did not give us any problems so far. The recent problems with
"Macola" were caused by changes in our internet service.
