Post IP telephony known ports.

People, please post as many known IP telephony ports as you know.
I do really need the set of them, as complete as it can be.

SIP signalling - 5060

RTP streams - starting from 5000 even numbers
RTCP streams - starting from 5001 odd numbers

MGCP signalling - 2427 or 2727

H323 signalling - 1718, 1719, 1720

RTP/RTCP is up to 65535 theoretically.

There is also an internal protocol made by Cisco, which is acting strictly between Cisco IP phones and Cisco Call Manager, called Skinny. Let me know if you need to know port usage of that protocol.
