насколько я поняла арментелу запретили претворять в жизнь планированное повышение тарифов.

Если кому не видно, то просто откройте файл в WordPad поменяйте шрифт на Arial Am.
А что же с предоплатой ведь, по-моему, главный вопрос именно в ней.
