Common english words list

Hi,

I am in search of a a list (a DB or preferrably a text file) of common english words. The more common the better, probably something around a thousand of them, not more.

Also, it is highly preferrable that this list includes different forms of verbs (or for that sake any other word that can have different versions).

I will try to generate my own list, but I would like to have something ready at least to check with.

Пишу плагиат-поисковик А словарь для того чтобы отделять из текста search-valuable куски, т.е. такие с максимальным скоплением нестандартных слов.
Незнаю пока насколько мудрый подход
