I use Mambo, it's quite easy and straighforward, has lots of free skins, components and modules on the internet and if you can't find the component you need, programming and plugging it yourself won't be a problem.
Custom skinning of Mambo is a piece of cake.
You must however pay attention to the security fixes, patches and updates and install them as they come out. As with any Opensource CMS, sometimes there are really serious security flaws popping up.

Other CMSes are IMHO too complicated for their task, and that is - quick and easy setup of a website of specific kind.

читал рецензии в основном жалуются на то что bad structured и не экстенсибл ...seems друпал лучше -

фич много, с админ интерфейса можно делать все что угодно, екстеншонов полно...
