Pleese who have Conexant Soft56K modem driver for linux(Mandrake)!

First I'd like to inform you regarding the subject of your post, that there is no driver written/distributed for today (IMHO of cource).
I can also recomend you to read http://www.ixbt.com/comm/mdmabout2.shtml before commiting any further actions in driver search. I'm sure you will like it and will help you learn much about the way modems act and the difference between PCI modems and so called "HARD" modems.
