Call for Proposals for Logo/Emblem Design

Description: The Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Armenia invites organization/individual to submit logo/emblem proposals for the “Education -2015” Conference.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia (MoES) has initiated the development of the vision and strategy for the Armenia’s education system, which will serve as a basis for the National Program for Development of Education in 2008-2015.

Within the scopes of the program “Education-2015” Conference will be organized on 11-12 June, 2007 at Armenia-Marriott Hotel (100-150 participants). Education challenges brought up by fundamental issues of Armenia’s economic, social and cultural developments as well as education development prospective and priorities are envisaged to be discussed at the Conference.

Therefore, the Working Group (led by MoES), which is responsible for this initiative is seeking for a professional company/individual to design a logo/emblem for the conference.


Criteria:

The logo/emblem should:

Þ Be illustrative (creative)

Þ Reflect the idea of the long-term commitment to the education

Þ Depict the idea of the vision

Þ Bring a new flavor to education


How to apply:

All interested organizations/individuals are welcome to send their proposals (several options in one proposal are welcome) which should consist of a logo/emblem for the conference and the cost for the proposal to AED/Armenia no later than 18:00, Wednesday, 7 May, 2007.

The proposal will be selected provided two conditions are met: the cost is reasonable and the working group finds it reflecting the main ideas of the program.

The proposals (logo/emblem and cost) should be submitted by e-mail to aed@arminco.com. The logo/emblem should be in .gif or .jpeg/jpg formats with minimum resolution of 500x500 px.

The selected logo/emblem should be submitted in vector format (Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator).
