Anyway, my opinion about the site:

1. Logo is NOT clickable on pages different from *Home*.
2. Design wasn't well though. An empty header of 114px with NO information except the left side logo makes a bad impression.
3. No use of *h1* or *h2* tags, while they are important for better SEO.
4. Page title the same on every page. Also a week point for SEO.
5. It's better to locate the *title* tag as the first tag of the *head* section.
6. Remove code like <!-- whatever -->.
7. It's better to skip user registration. No user would register with your site if they are lots of others offering similar services without registration. The issue with *tou*, *tac* and *pp* can be solved by using cookies. The first time an undentified user visits the page he sees some sort of disclaimer page, on which he shall agree to all those terms.
8. Was there no a better place for the *user panel* but the bottom right corner?

Conclusion: Raw implementation. Some things could be much better.
