JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting/solving of any problems caused in MAC OS and Apple office applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve technical problems for all MAC OS users with accurate trouble-shooting techniques.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree in Computer Sciences;
Advanced knowledge on networks design, WAN and LAN networks topologies, and architectures;
Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate and to listen effectively
Technical Trouble-shooting (computer) skills
Must have strong MAC OS support knowledge
Train the staff on computer literacy
Working knowledge of English language;
Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills quickly;
High sense of responsibility;
