the issue at hand is not about an opinion or the freedom of expressing it...
the law doesn't bar anyone from expressing an opinion about the particular event. what it does is preventing a planned, ill-intentioned, purposeful distortion of a historic fact.
and why a law to protect only one and not so many others... well, i guess the legislature felt that there was enough of such distortions that it was necessary to act upon it.
