maybe, but that's my percpetion of "being young" and "being old"... it comesfrom my personal experience - the yonger I was, the less was my sense of responsibility, the more this sense is growing in me, the older I get... this is why to me "to be young" means to be free of this burden - being responsible for sth or sbd...

But you were young once, right? What makes me say I'm not young enough? This is actually what i want to know, when does the realization come that you're not young anymore?

Don't you see, Nika, that Harut is still pre-young?

from my queue above, i would say when you realize you don't know everything... but then again that has to do with maturity... and some people die at age of 83 still thinking they know everything...

The age doesn't matter unless you are cheese.
And if you are cheese , who cares about your age ?

If i were cheese there would be someone who WOULD care about my age- tell me about selling a pound of aged cheese for over $500!!!
age itself in numbers does not matter, i agree, it's simply the feeling of loss, maybe of time, maybe of innocense. I am really curious as to how others perceive age, youth. i got some very great responds here and one more time thank you.

yeah... age is just a number... but it's kind of hard to become president when you're 20... or run a marathon or get a 20-year-old girlfriend when you're 60...

How about when you feel old when you're still 24?

Harut, my friend, who wants to become president with all the bad examples we see a bit everywhere???
Run a marathon??? don't you think it's a lot tiring???
About the 20-years-old girlfriend, do you know that Churchill's wife was damn jealous of him because at the age of 90, teenagers loved to talk to him in a way she didn't like at all?
So...

Then you should completely free the child who lives inside you no matter what other people think...

Harut Jan , I dont know how old you are , but if you were 60 years old but rich , you will have no problem finding a 20 year old girl friend , but be prepaed , she will take your money and find herself a young man,LOL
