We are looking for talented professional mid to senior level Software Engineers with very strong design / development skills, extensive experience designing and building complex technology and algorithm based applications. Responsibilities will include specifying, designing and implementing new functionality as well as enhancing existing functionality in HPL industry-leading Test Chip Wizard, Test Chip View and Yield Projector tools.


Educational Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience including 2+ years dealing with complex data structure utilization;
- Strong C/C++ programming skills and ability to demonstrate expert level knowledge with Win32 API, MFC, COM/DCOM, ATL, STL;
- Experience with multithreaded software and a strong mathematics, physics and geometry background are needed;
- Experience in widely accepted methodologies such as OOP, OOD, .NET etc;
- Understandings of VLSI design methodologies and modern microchip fabrication processes
Highly Desired:
- Experience with C / C++ on Unix (preferably Linux). Works effectively in UNIX based environments;
- Cross platform development experience;
- Understanding of Verilog, Spice or other hardware description languages;
- Understanding of math algorithms such as data filtering, polygon manipulation is a big plus;
- Knowledge of Boolean algebra and Graph Theory is a plus.

Candidates should be team players and know English well enough for free use of technical literature and written and oral communication as necessary. Samples of work and source code may be requested during the interview process.
