The intention of this forum(section) was to create a place, where english spoken users can discuss threads. And my mistake was the wrong section name...

Acid, but I still think u need to change the name of the section - make it at least Language Specific, or "If you do not speak Russian", or something else.... Because we, the linguist users, are numerous and will come pouring in I am sure many people perceived it as a linguistic section rather than one for foreign-speaking users.
