судя по значению моего "Репутасьон", мой "Rep Power" должен быть отрицательным 
Что интересно - за 16 (уже 17) постов практически невозможно получить -173.
Разве за вчерашний день что зашли 173 пользователей, нашли мои 16 постов, и проголосовали "negative".
Новый вариант анекдота:

да, я открыл новый аккаунт (правда, "greco El" есть мой самый старый аккаунт, просто новички этого не знаютЪ) - начинаю новую жизнь.

The ammount of reputation everyone gives is based on their REPUTATION POWER, which is effected by several values.
You give the full ammount of repuation power, but only take away half.

It's actually a little "complicated" calculations based on several factors:
Register Date Factor
Post Count Factor
Reputation Point Factor
These two will set power to 0 if below.
Minimum Reputation Count
Minimum Post Count
If the calculated power is let's say 10, giving positive reputation will increase current reputation point by 10 and negative decrease by 10 / 2 = 5.
