ARKADA BAR RESTAURANT is seeking an individual for positions of a Manager.



POSITION: Manager

LOCATION: Yerevan

REPORTS TO: Director

OPEN TO: All Qualified Candidates

OPENING DATE: July 17, 2004

CLOSING DATE: July 31, 2004

TIME COMMITMENT: Full-time

SALARY: Highly competitive







REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Advanced university degree in Business Administration

· Ability to provide effective management of the restaurant.

· At Least 3 years of experience in Business Administration
(restaurant business)

· Excellent oral and written skills in English, Armenian and Russian.

· Ability to work with a team and provide maximum efficiency of the
group work

· Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and shift priorities
simultaneously

· Ability to work under pressure with continuous quality improvement,
and ability to organize group work effectively and have a high sense of
communication.
