FINANCE ROTATING ACCOUNTANT- UMCOR Armenia
AREGAK is the micro credit program of UMCOR Armenia which operates since 1998 in nine marzes of Armenia and throughout Nagorno Karabakh.
UMCOR Armenia is seeking for a Rotating Accountant for the Aregak Field Offices. The Rotating Accountant reports to the Finance Comptroller.
He/She will travel to all AREGAK field offices in Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh to replace the Field Accountants when on leave.
Responsibilities:
· Daily petty cash count and recording all UMCOR field expenditures dispensing petty cash.
· Performing daily petty cash.
· Assist with maintenance of personal records to include time sheets and leave forms.
· Reconcile monthly fuel utilization and vehicle maintenance records.
· Assist with translation financial documents.
· Other tasks assigned by the supervisor(s).
Qualifications:
· University degree in Finance , Economics or Accounting
· Experience in the financial sector.
· Computer skills (Word and Excel).
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
