Bars Media Documentary Film and Design Studios seeks a motivated and
experienced Web Developer. The successful candidate will work in the
Bars Media Design Department, specializing in web design, computer
graphics, poster, package, and logo design. The Web Designer will join
our diverse team of designers and filmmakers and will be responsible for
designing web sites for a varied range of clients, from film production
companies to NGOs, from music labels to manufacturers.
JOB TITLE:
Web Developer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Creating innovative web sites using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Flash
(Action Script) and PHP (MySQL) for a diverse client pool
· Developing Flash-based presentation packages
REQUIREMENTS:
· Expert knowledge of PHP, Database (MySQL), HTML, DHTML, Java Script
· Some knowledge of Macromedia Flash including Active Script
· Hands-on experience with web-design tools such as Dreamweaver, Home
Site
· Experience with Photoshop, ImageReady is an advantage
· Must be self-directed and have a track record of meeting project
deadlines
· At least 2 years- experience in web programming
