MONEY FOR PROTECTING POWERS

More cars will serve the Armenian officials next year. In 2004 620 cars were financed for serving the high rankers while additional funding for extra 17 cars will be required in 2005. Growth in serving cars is explained with structure changes.

For protection of Legislative, Executive and Judicial Authorities, 24 milliard and 591 million drams have been allocated this year on the whole. In 2005 budget costs for preservation of 3 powers will increase by 2,6 milliard drams. 1 milliard drams out of this will be channeled to wage payment, taking into account the fact that civil agents have become more, too.

Under the calculation of 2005 budget, the average monthly wages for civil agents of Armenia will rise to 64.200 drams, and the average salary for the employees of a management personnel – to 90.600 drams. The average wages for the employees of Executive Power will make 87.500 drams in 2005.
